Our Services
Printing
- Digital Printing: Full-color and black & white printing up to 12”x18”.
- Copying & Scanning: High-quality black & white and color copies and scanning up to 11”x17”.
- Marketing Materials: Flyers, brochures, business cards, stationary, notepads, newsletters, booklets, menus.
- Event Printing: Invitations, announcements, save-the-dates, addressed envelopes, posters, tickets, programs, table tents.
Binding and Finishing
- Post-Press: Enhance your printed materials with professional finishing touches like collating, stapling, folding, 3-hole punching, perforating, scoring, and more.
- Binding Options: Choose from perfect and tape binding (glue), saddle stitch (stapled), coil binding (spiral), or comb binding for a polished look. Looking for other options? Contact us and let us know.
- Lamination: Add an extra layer of protection and elevate the look of your prints with lamination. We offer 3 mil, 5 mil, and 10 mil gloss laminates for a classic, shiny finish. For a unique touch, choose our 3mil soft-touch matte laminate.
Laser Engraving

What file formats do you accept?
We accept a variety of file formats, but for the best quality, we recommend submitting your files as high-resolution PDFs.
What is the turnaround time for printing orders?
Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of your project and our current workload. However, a typical turnaround is 5-7 business days.
What is “bleed” and do I need it?
"Bleed" is the extra space around your design that extends beyond the final trimmed size. This ensures that your design doesn't get cut off during the printing process. Here is a PDF that explains and shows bleed in action.
How do I download a PDF from Canva?
Canva is a great resource for making your own designs. To download a print-ready PDF:
- Tap the “Share” button
- Select “Download” from the dropdown menu
- Choose “PDF Print” for the file type
- Check on “Crop marks and bleed”
- Tap “Download” and a PDF is saved on your device.
Be sure that any color or image that extends to the edge of your design is filling the bleed area of your downloaded PDF. You can see your bleed area before you download by going to “File” and then “Settings” and selecting “Show print bleed.” For more information on bleed, check out this PDF .
Will my brochure fold correctly?
When designing your brochure, it's important to follow specific guidelines to ensure proper folding. We offer a downloadable PDF template with the correct panel dimensions. By using this template, you can create a brochure that will fold perfectly.
Can you ship my order?
Yes, we offer shipping options for out-of-towners for an additional cost. Rates vary.
What paper should I choose?
The best paper choice depends on your project's specific needs. We offer a variety of paper options, including standard paper, cardstock, and specialty papers. Our team can help you select the right paper for your project.
Can you print my thesis?
Yes, we offer hardcover Unibinding and foil stamping services for theses and other important documents. Unibinding is a popular choice for theses due to its durability and professional appearance. We offer black and burgundy covers with options for silver, gold, and red foil stamping. Please contact us for more information or to request a quote.
How do I get there?
Our office is located in 106 Whitesitt Hall on the campus of Pittsburg State University. There is dedicated parking in the back of the building on Lindburg Street.
