Sponsor Information

CHECK 2019 will be held at Pittsburg State University, in Pittsburg, Kansas, May 22-23, 2019. CHECK will have staff from many of the higher education institutions in Kansas presenting their IT challenges, ideas, and innovative solutions during the conference. Each vendor is offered three CHECK 2019 registrations.

The purpose of CHECK 2019 is to:

• Provide professional development opportunities for IT professionals in higher education
• Network and collaborate with colleagues from other educational institutions in Kansas
• Interact with technology vendors

Sponsor Tracks: Typically, these presentations are scheduled to run during three simultaneous ‘tracks’. CHECK 2019 will be offering a fourth track for sponsors for platinum levels only. There will be six, 45-minute vendor slots available.

Display Tables: Sponsors are encouraged to offer demonstrations at their tables.

We have designated three sponsorship levels listed below.  In addition, we would be open to hear other ideas you have for sponsoring this conference. It is important to note that sponsorship will not be confirmed until payment is received.

Platinum Sponsor $2,500 or more

• Lunch and dinner on Wednesday, lunch on Thursday (3 ppl. max)
• Prime sponsor table location
• Prior to May 1, 2019 payment - choice of table space based on 1st come 1st serve
• Private meeting room
• 45 minute speaking session
• Advertising at meal, in program and on website

Gold Sponsor $1,500

• Option to sponsor a break or a room
• Table tents with name and possibly logo
• Advertising in program and on website

• Dinner on Wednesday, lunch on Thursday (2 ppl. max)

Silver Sponsor $750
