The Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Development is a flexible degree program. The Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development is an online degree completion program tailored for working adults who need flexibility and convenience. It provides two pathways for students to earn their degree:

For Students with an Associate's Degree:

  • Complete a 60-hour degree program to earn a Bachelor of Science degree.

For Students without an Associate's Degree:

  • Complete the 60-hour program requirements, including Pitt State Pathway requirements for the Bachelor of Science degree and additional elective credits to fulfill the 120-hour requirement.

  • Enrollment Options: Students can enroll either full-time or part-time.
  • Pitt State Pathway Requirements: Students without an associate degree must also complete these requirements, which are in addition to the 60 hours of online coursework.

  • Total Credit Hours: 120 hours are required for graduation with a Bachelor of Science in Workforce Development.
