SPRING 2024 GRADUATES:
YOU CAN TAKE CARE OF ALL OF YOUR FINAL GRADUATION NEEDS ONLINE BY FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW:
- DEGREE CHECKING: Undergraduate students please apply for graduation and register for tickets by clicking the red prompt on your degree audit or by following the link that was sent in the application email. You will verify diploma information and pay the mandatory graduation fee of $55, which covers expenses including your diploma and cap/gown. The deadline to complete the application and payment process is Monday, April 1, 2024.
- GRADUATE STUDIES: Graduate students please petition for graduation and pay fees by Monday, April 1, 2024. Undergraduate students who are interested in Graduate School at PSU may visit our website to review the programs that we offer and for information on how to apply to at :https://www.pittstate.edu/graduate/index.html
- FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: Any student graduating who received any STUDENT LOANS while attending PSU is required to complete the on-line Exit Counseling at https://studentaid.gov/exit-counseling/. You will also be able to do your Exit Interviews for both the NURSING LOAN and PERKINS LOAN online with Educational Computer Systems, Inc. (ECSI), that will be available to you in December. Please visit their site at https://home.ecsi.net/ for more details. All of your prior outstanding loan debt is available for you to review at the Federal Student Aid Website: https://studentaid.gov/h/manage-loans. If you plan to continue your education at PSU in the graduate program, you will need to reach back out to the Financial Aid office once your degree has posted so that we can update your FAFSA. - LOAN REPAYMENT INFORMATION: When your grace period ends you will be required to set up payments to begin repaying your federal student loan. Please visit the Federal Student Aid Website: https://studentaid.gov/manage-loans/repayment/repaying-first-time to explore repayment options and choose the plan that works best for you.
