Students will:

  4. Apply the written conventions of their degree emphasis in an original project in their discipline.

  2. Demonstrate the ability to articulate how the craft of writing is reflected in poetry and fiction and apply creative writing theory to discussions of selected works.
  3. Generate a revised, polished body of creative writing that reflects originality of thought and language and a familiarity with the standards and conventions of contemporary literature.
