PSU Has Catchboxes!

The Information Technology Services (ITS) has 2 Catchboxes available for faculty and staff for short term loan (1-3 days). 

Catchboxes are throwable microphones designed for audience and classroom engagement.  They work in campus rooms/venues that currently support the use of wireless microphones. Catchboxes are large, Styrofoam cubes with a wireless microphone inside.  They are sturdy and built for tossing or crowd surfing from person to person. They are great for creating engagement and livening up the room.  They mute when being tossed in order to eliminate feedback. 

If you have an upcoming presentation, large meeting, etc and would like to check one or both Catchboxes out, OR if you are a faculty member who is interested in testing one of these in your classroom to see how you like it before you purchase, please complete this form.
