The Office of International Programs and Services (IPSO) provides leadership and coordination to the university’s international efforts among students. The office staff offer a variety of services that include programs for all students at Pittsburg State University, from services for our international student community to programs for American students to help internationalize their experience at Pittsburg State University.

Mission Statement

The Office of International Programs and Services (IPSO) at Pittsburg State University provides oversight and coordination to the comprehensive planning and implementation of the University’s internationalization priority as expressed in the University Mission Statement and Core Values. The IPSO serves as the University’s liaison to the community in all matters of international affairs and represents the University in all international associations and partnerships.

Vision Statement 

Office of International Programs and Services will continue and build upon PSU’s reputation as a leader in the local and regional community in the promotion and development of international programs. We will provide high quality service to the campus (students, faculty and administration) and the community in all areas of international affairs. We will focus on the recruitment and advising of international students, the development and promotion of academic programs abroad and the development and promotion of international programs on campus and in the community.
