It will be held at the Bicknell Family Center for the Arts, 1711 S. Homer St., and is open to the public.
For over 25 years, the fair has been a way for the campus and community to taste international cuisine and see cultural performances by Pitt State international students.
This year, they will have the opportunity to sample food from 16 countries and see cultural performances from more than six countries.
"Through this event, our students are able to showcase the amazing diversity of cultures we have here at PSU through sharing their food and sharing performances with the community of Pittsburg," said Gracie Ruble, co-advisor for the International Student Association. "Those who attend will have the opportunity to experience the world in one night, without even leaving Pittsburg."
Admission is $2 at the door. Food samples are $1 each while supplies last, cash only.
Food samples will be served from 5 to 6:45 p.m. in the lobby and art gallery as supplies last.
The free cultural show will begin on stage in the Linda and Lee Scott Performance Hall at 7 p.m.
The event is sponsored by the International Student Association, Pitt State cultural student organizations, community volunteers, and the Office of International Programs and Services.
