About the Expo

Why Attend the School of Construction Expo?

The School of Construction Expo serves as a vital link connecting the construction industry with prospective hires as young as high school students.

Tailored for students, contractors, and instructors throughout the area, the expo offers a unique opportunity to network and experience firsthand the tools, equipment, and techniques shaping the industry.

For the Students

Through live demonstrations, presentations, and interactive exhibits, students gain valuable insights into career opportunities, while vendors connect with potential future employees.

Event History

The Expo, initiated in 2013 by a single company for PSU School of Construction students, has grown significantly. In 2022, it expanded to include Interior Design and Electrical Technology exhibits and vendors. With over 100 vendors and 800 attendees in recent years, the Expo has become a cornerstone event, providing invaluable experiences for both students and exhibitors.
