The Distinguished Thesis Award honors the most exceptional thesis produced during the academic year (Spring, Summer, and Fall). This prestigious award celebrates scholarly excellence, originality, and the significant contribution of graduate research to the field.
Nominations must be submitted by a faculty member and are due by December 20 of the academic year in which the thesis was completed. All nominated theses will be evaluated by a review committee based on the quality of research, clarity of presentation, and overall impact.
The selection committee will complete its review and announce the award recipient by April 1 of the following academic year.
