Wind Ensemble performs Sunday

The PSU Wind Ensemble will wrap up the fall semester with a free concert at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 4, in the Bicknell Family Center for the Arts’ Linda & Lee Scott Performance Hall.

For this concert, the ensemble, under the direction of Craig Fuchs, will be joined by the Blue Valley West Symphonic Band.

Fuchs said the ensemble’s program will include a variety of pieces, including “The Universal Judgment,” by Italian composer Camille De Nardis; “Elsa’s Procession to the Cathedral,” from Richard Wagner’s “Lohengrin;” and Robert W. Smith’s tribute to flight, “12 Seconds to the Moon.”
