12 Days of Giveaways coming to PSU social media

In conjunction with the release of the university’s 2016 Holiday Gift Guide, the University Marketing and Communication Office will conduct “12 Days of Gorilla Gear Giveaways” for PSU-themed items.
Beginning Thursday, Dec. 1, Items will be given away once per day during the final 12 days of the fall semester, which ends Dec. 16. The key to winning the items, said Creative Services Director Jenny Hellwig, is following Pitt State on all of its social media accounts: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat.
“We want to have some fun with this, so we’re going to switch it up every day,” Hellwig said. “One day, we may have a giveaway on Facebook. The next day, it may be on Twitter. Make sure to follow all of our accounts so you don’t miss out on some sweet items.”
The giveaways will be posted only on school days, Monday through Friday.
More details on how to win and collect the items will be available with each giveaway post. The items included in the giveaways were donated by local and regional retailers and vendors.
