Halloween gets an early start for area youngsters with Safe Trick-or-Treat from 6:30-8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 28, in Pittsburg State University’s John Lance Arena. PSU’s Gorilla Activities Board will sponsor the annual event, which is run by student groups. Safe Trick-or-Treat includes candy, games and a costume contest.
