Symphonic Band, Wind Ensemble to perform Thursday

The Pittsburg State University Bands will present their second concert of the spring semester at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 9, in the Bicknell Family Center for the Arts.

The concert will begin with a performance by the Symphonic Band led by Doug Whitten. Following a brief intermission, the Wind Ensemble, under the leadership of Craig Fuchs will take the stage to perform the program from their April 6th concert performance at Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center in New York City.

The performance is free and open to the public.
