KTC hosts Block Kids Day

The Pittsburg State School of Construction and the southeast Kansas chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction hosted the annual Block Kids Contest Jan. 24 at the Kansas Technology Center.
The annual competition challenges first through sixth-graders to build a construction industry-related project of their choosing by using building blocks.
Prizes were awarded for first, second and third place in each class. An overall prize was also awarded.
