The Explore the World Travel Scholarship awards 15 $2000 scholarships to U.S. citizens who can demonstrate financial need. Open to undergraduates and graduates.
Tortuga Study Abroad Scholarship awards 2 $1,000 scholarships to U.S. citizens who are full-time undergraduate students applying to a credit-bearing program.
WorldStrides offers scholarship opportunities. Your faculty-led program must be operated by Worldstrides to be eligible. Eligiblity varies based on program date and student status.
Eligible PSU students can receive a study abroad scholarship from the Office of International Programs and Services if they apply by the application deadline. The scholarship application is a part of the application to PSU Study Abroad.
Eligibility requirements:
The amount of the Study Abroad Stipend varies depending on the number of credits associated with the program, the total cost, and the duration of the program. After the Study Abroad Committee approves a PSU student to study abroad, the Committee will also award the scholarship amount.
You may be eligible to use the scholarships that you are currently receiving at PSU while you study abroad. Please contact the Office of Financial Assistance to find out more.
