It will be held in the Miller Theater in the Bicknell Family Center for the Arts and serves as a fundraiser for Special Olympics athletes, who will be featured as models.
Tickets are $20 and are on sale now at charity.pledgeit.org/sipandshop2024
Tickets each include one complimentary drink, light snacks, and an entry for a gift basket provided by Sunshine Botique.
Doors will open at 6 p.m., with the fashion show starting at 6:30 p.m.
Proceeds will go to providing sports training and competition, health screenings, and leadership opportunities for athletes with intellectual disabilities.
Each boutique will have two to three Special Olympic athletes modeling their clothing, and guests will be able to shop these boutiques in the lobby after the show.
Participation directly impacts the organization’s mission of fostering inclusion, empowerment, and community.
The event is sponsored by Crossland Construction Company, Bicknell Family Center for the Arts, Aladdin Campus Dining, and Pairrot Head Liquor.
