The Southeast Kansas Symphony Concert under the direction of Raul Munguia is planned for 3 p.m. Oct. 17 in the Linda & Lee Scott Performance Hall in the Bicknell Family Center for the Arts. Tickets: $12 adults, $8 seniors, $5 students/children. Free for those with PSU ID.
