Official transcripts and diploma reprints may be requested online by logging into the GUS system. If you do not remember your student ID/login or password please contact the Registrar's Office at 620-235-4200.
For diploma reprint orders, once logged into GUS, click on Personal Information and then Diploma Reprint Order Form under Enrollment and Student Information menu.
PLEASE LOOK AT YOUR TRANSCRIPT FIRST TO MAKE SURE THAT IT IS COMPLETE BEFORE YOU ORDER IT TO BE SENT NOW.
For mailed transcript orders, once logged into GUS, click on Personal Information and then Transcripts. At this point it will make you go through several pages of demographic questions. It will then take you back to a page where you may view your complete unofficial transcript before ordering. Then, click on the link "Order your Official Transcript Online." The first page that appears is your demographic information. If it is correct, click on Save at the bottom of the page or update if necessary and then click save. On the next page you will click on the link for Transcript Order. It will direct you to choose where and when you would like your transcript sent and what information you want on it. All transcripts ordered online must be paid online with a debit or credit card at the time of order. Please make sure you get a confirmation number at the end to show that it has been submitted correctly.
Transcripts ordered during the week are generally mailed out the same day.
Transcripts being sent by Fed-Ex need to be ordered by noon to be sent out the same day.
Transcripts are processed during business days only.

New Service: Electronic Transcript delivery. Please click on the transcript link under "Students" on our homepage to login to Clearinghouse and place your order. Electronic transcripts are currently $8.00 each and are sent to an e-mail address. Please check with the person that you are sending them to that they will accept that format. In most cases, the transcript will be sent in 1-2 business days. If you have a hold on your records, you will be notified, your transcript will not be sent, and your credit card will not be charged. Please clear the hold and re-order. All electronic transcript requests must be paid with a credit card when the order is placed. Additional time may be needed to process orders of students that attended prior to 1983.
Name changes can only be made through the Registrar's Office. Legal proof must be provided. If you find that there is a discrepancy in your date of birth or social security number please provide legal proof of the correct information to the Registrar's Office
Transcript fees are $5.00 each when mailed, $5.00 each for domestic faxed transcripts, $5.00 each for transcripts picked up at the counter, $9.00 each for International faxed transcripts and $8.00 for electronic transcripts. Transcripts may be sent by Fed-Ex to physical addresses within the United States for an additional fee of $10.00. Orders must be placed by 12:00 on a business day to have them sent by Fed-Ex the same day. The transcripts should arrive at the destination the next business day afternoon.
Holds placed on a student's record from any department must be cleared before the transcript can be released.
Please be aware that the faxed transcripts we send are not considered official transcripts by most colleges and employers because they do not bear the official seal of the school or the Registrar's signature.
For those wishing to pay by check, please print the form under "Transcript Request Form (Official)" and mail it to the Registrar's Office, 1701 S Broadway, Pittsburg, Kansas 66762 with the appropriate payment.
For those who just need an unofficial transcript, please login to GUS and view/print your unofficial at no charge.
