Family and Guest Activities
We have no limit on the number of guests a student may invite to attend their graduation ceremony. Adequate seating will be available. No tickets are needed for your guests. Childcare is not provided and children are not permitted to cross the stage with the graduate.
You and your family and friends are invited to join in your commencement celebration by personally ringing the Centennial Bell located at the southwest corner of Axe Library. The Centennial Bell will be available for ringing from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Friday, December 16th.
The department of History, Philosophy and Social Sciences will host a graduation reception for their graduates and their families at 3:00 p.m. in room 412 Russ Hall on December 16th. The reception will be for graduates of the following programs: Geography, History, International Studies, Justice Studies, Political Science, Social Work, and Sociology.
