NEW STAFF ORIENTATION - Office of Information Systems

New to Campus?  Join us for a New Staff Orientation to learn the ins and outs of available Information Technology.  The sixty minute training session will include a general session on how to navigate the Pittsburg State University website, how to access and get the most out of the Zimbra email suite, and how to get around in GUS, the campus administrative system.  Find how to locate your electronic pay stub, access campus documents, reset passwords, use the campus email and calendaring system, find important job related information, and sign-up for additional technology trainings. 

Web Page HQA (help, questions, answers)

Need a little help with your web page? Is something not working right with your page? Do you just need a little guidance with design? Join us for this monthly workshop to get the help you need and get your questions answered. This is a hands-on, work on your page setting. Microsoft Office 2013/Office 365

The first thing you’ll see when you open Microsoft Office is a clean, new look. But the features you know and use are still there—along with some new ones that are huge time savers. Join us at the Office 2013 workshop to see all of these new features. This workshop is a repeat of the Office 2013 workshop offered in the Spring.
