Request admission information on PSU approximately 2-3 months before planned enrollment.
Complete the admission application and submit application fee online or submit the application fee to:
At least one month prior to attendance, make sure that PSU has received all transcripts from ALL prior colleges attended.
If transferring for the fall semester, complete a scholarship application by February 1.
Check with your major department for additional scholarship opportunities.
Make sure that PSU is listed as a school choice on your FAFSA. If you did not list PSU as a school choice, go online to www.fafsa.gov and add PSU's school code (001926) to your FAFSA. If you need assistance, please contact the Office of Student Financial Assistance Lab at 620-235-4120.
If you listed PSU as a school choice earlier in the year and decide not to attend, please contact the Office of Student Financial Assistance (OSFA) at firstname.lastname@example.org or (800) 854-PITT so that we can update your file.
If you are selected for verification, go online to GUS to view what is being requested or contact the Office of Student Financial Assistance.
Once all information is collected and verified, you will receive an online award letter detailing the amount of aid you are eligible to receive, along with instructions on how to receive your financial aid. You will be notified by e-mail when your online award letter is available through your GUS e-mail account. If you have not yet set up your GUS e-mail account, you will be notified through your preferred e-mail account.
You will need to Verify Your Enrollment and, if accepting a student loan, complete Entrance Interview Counseling and a Master Promissory Note before any funds can be disbursed.
