Appointment Duration: 9 Month

Position Responsibilities: Teach campus and online human resource development courses for graduate and undergraduate students in organizational and workplace learning and development, performance management, and other human resource areas. Other responsibilities include advising students, developing and upgrading courses, repurposing courses for online delivery, conducting appropriate research, maintaining professional and industry liaison activities, performing professional, community and university service functions, and serving on department, college, and university committees.

Minimum Requirements: Earned doctorate in human resource development, or closely related field preferred and will be required for tenure. Doctoral candidates may be considered. Business or industrial experience and experience in teaching graduate level courses and conducting research highly desired.
