Assistant Professor - Technology and Workforce Learning

Appointment Duration: 9 Month

Position Responsibilities: Teach campus and online human resource development courses for graduate and undergraduate students in organizational and workplace learning and development, performance management, and other human resource areas. Other responsibilities include advising students, assisting students with research and projects, developing and upgrading courses, conducting appropriate research, maintaining professional and industry liaison activities, performing professional, community and university service functions, and serving on department, college, and university committees.

Minimum Requirements: Earned doctorate in human resource development or closely related field preferred and will be required for tenure. Master degree minimum for non-tenure earning position.

Preferred Qualifications: Business or industrial experience along with human resource experience, experience in teaching graduate level courses and conducting research highly desired.
