Position Responsibilities: The position includes, but is not necessarily limited to, teaching undergraduate elementary social studies methods and other related courses, as well as advising undergraduate students. Research/scholarship and public service activities are also expected. Primary service activities will include production and delivery of economic education workshops and courses for teachers in cooperation with the Kelce College of Business.

Minimum Requirements: Earned doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction or related field (ABD considered). Strong elementary education social studies background and ability to teach other elementary education and early childhood methods courses. Minimum 3 years successful elementary teaching experience in a US school. Ability to integrate educational technology into coursework highly desired. Demonstrated experience or potential to manage an economic education center and provide professional development programs for PK-12 teachers.
