Position Responsibilities: The coordinator is responsible for coordination of day-to-day operations in the Health Simulation Center/Learning Resource Center including the Skills Lab, Simulation Center, Testing Center, Student Learning Resource Room, Health Simulation Rooms, and teaching-learning resources for classrooms in McPherson.

Minimum Requirements: Baccalaureate degree in nursing required; RN in Kansas; BLS or ACLS certification; immunizations as required for clinical agencies; equivalent of two years clinical experience as RN; excellent oral and written communication skills; computer and technology competence; ability to relate well to students; and, ability to work effectively as team leader, team member, or independently. Record of demonstrated leadership preferred; patient simulator competence preferred; progress toward master’s degree in nursing preferred.
