Position Responsibilities: Two open sections of Management and Organizational Behavior (MGT 330 or MGMKT 327) for Fall 2017 are available. These sections are in face-to-face format and are scheduled for 2pm-3:15 and 3:30-4:45 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The course catalog describes the course as: “Theories of organization design, structure and dynamics of behavior that foster effective communication and interaction between individuals, groups and organizations. Lecture, experiential learning, cases. Prerequisite: Junior standing”

Preferred Qualifications: A terminal degree (Ph.D, DBA, or JD) is strongly preferred but a Master’s degree in business from an accredited institution combined with field experience is the minimum required. Previous experience in teaching is desirable.
