Position Responsibilities: Perform laboratory experiments including synthesis, testing, and development of vegetable oil-based chemicals and macromolecular compounds, and teach general organic chemistry lab sessions.

Minimum Requirements: Master's in Chemistry or related field. One (1) year experience in a collaborative, technical research environment, including: agricultural- or bio-based chemicals & macromolecular compounds synthesis, purification, testing, & analysis; formulation & processing of products from agricultural- or bio-based chemicals; high pressure/high temperature reactors; chemicals & product testing methods incl. GC-MS, GPC, HPLC, FT-IR and UV spectroscopies, & other appropriate wet or dry analytical techniques; & applied chemical research & participation in collaborative projects with industrial partners.
