Position Responsibilities: The Department of Family & Consumer Sciences is seeking an individual interested in part time temporary instruction of courses in the area of Nutrition & Health. Two 3-hour sections are currently available.

Minimum Requirements: - Master’s Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics or Family and Consumer Sciences with nutrition emphasis. - Effective oral and written communication skills required. - Knowledge of and the ability to work with a course management system - Instructor experience in higher education or with adult learners preferred.
