Position Responsibilities: • Responsible for the Gorilla License Plate/Alumni Legacy License Plate Scholarship Program. • Plan, coordinate, execute and evaluate fall reunions for various alumni groups. • Implement, manage and evaluate the Gorilla Generations Program working with local elementary and middle school administration and students. • Create, coordinate and evaluate an alumni career mentoring program with the Career Services Office. • Develop and manage alumni/admission new student recruitment program with the Office of Admission. • Assist Director and Assistant Director in coordination and preparation of major events such as Alumni Awards, Half Century Reunion, etc. • Maintain and keep office website current. • Manage various databases. • Manage financial records, prepare payment requests and prepare financial reports. • Manage all events held at the Wilkinson Alumni Center. • Manage office inventory in regard to supplies, materials and office equipment. • Produce monthly e-magazine distributed to all alumni. • Market alumni travel programs, credit card program, alumni insurance program and Champions Apparel program. • Create content for alumni social media accounts to promote alumni programs and events. • Assist in the hiring, training and supervision student employees for the office and the building.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree Two years’ experience in maintaining financials for an office or business or related experience. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and coordinate varying programs, experience working with the public The ability to work as part of a cohesive team unit.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in higher education or similar field.
