The Department of Military Science would like to thank all those who have been so generous with their contributions. Your contributions help us to provide quality education, educational opportunities, and financial assistance to those seeking an education through Military Science.
Areas of need include Military Science Scholarships, Military Science equipment, and the Military Science General Fund for areas of greatest need. You may also contribute to other Military Science areas of your choosing.
To make an online contribution to Military Science, please use this link to contribute online. You will be taken to the Pittsburg State University Foundation Online Gifts form. You will need to specify the fund 'College of Arts and Sciences' and then select 'Military Science'. Please list the area of your choice in the 'Comments' box. If distributing your donation across multiple Military Science areas, please indicate the area followed by the dollar amount (i.e. General Fund $100, Scholarships $200). You will need to complete the remainder of the form.
If you would prefer to mail your contribution to Military Science, please download the Department of Military Science Contribution Form to print out, complete, and mail.
Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match all or a percentage of any charitable contributions or volunteer hours made by their employees, retirees, and/or spouses. Check with your company about their matching gift policy or use our HEP Employer Matching Gift Program Database to find out if your company participates. If your company is eligible, request a matching gift form from your employer, and send it completed and signed with your gift. We will do the rest.
You can give a gift to the Military Science Department in a variety of forms, including cash, in-kind gifts, planned giving, securities, real estate, trusts, life insurance and bequests. You might even work for a company that will match your gift to Pittsburg State University, there by increasing your contribution. Gifts to Pittsburg State are tax-deductible to the full extent of the Internal Revenue Code. To learn more about making a gift, please contact Mary Jo Meier, Director of Development for the College of Arts and Sciences, at 620-235-6127 or by e-mail.
Again, thank you for your generous contributions.
