Dr. Sagehorn began her teaching career in St. Louis, MO as a second grade teacher and taught in public schools for 19 years.  She consults internationally in the areas of ESOL, Curriculum, and Teacher Education.  She is a Fulbright-Hayes Scholar and has presented in 25 states and 7 countries. She has written several articles and is a co-author of Reading at Home with Your Child.
