One Church Joplin/Kelsey Norman Elementary Annual Carnival
Carnival will take place at Kelsey Norman Elementary in Joplin, Missouri. Classrooms and other designated areas within the school building will be set up with carnival games. Volunteers will be asked to oversee and manage the game room they are assigned to. multiple volunteers needed.
