The Treasurer is in charge of the Allocations process with the help of the Finance Committee and approval of the Senate. This process allocates $60,000 a year to registered student organizations who wish to participate. There is a Fall and Spring Allocation period that are each independent of the other. The Treasurer also maintains the Student Government budget. This involves making sure expenses match what was originally planned and passed before the Senate at the beginning of each term. During SGA meetings the Treasurer is in charge of roll call, vote counts, roll call vote counts, and finalizing the minutes.
