Workshop Description:
 

This workshop will be those who are just learning Inventor and have little to no experience. Topics that will be covered will be creating standard drawings with constraints, dimensioning, centerlines, section views, auxilary views, annotation, chamfer, revolution, adding an image/decal, workplanes, thread, holes, emboss, array and extrude. We will also create standard template drawings (IDW) and assemblies (IAM). The workshop will allow time for all participants to practice as we go so any questions can be addressed.

Workshop Presenter:

Charlie Lauts has taught at Lawrence High School for 30 years in CAD/Drafting classes, Engineering Design, Architecture Design and Design/Build.

Jim Bonar has been a CTE instructor for 17 years and is currently at Desoto High School where he teaches CAD/Drafting, Engineering and Woodworking classes.
