Join us as Victoria Ho presents "The History of the Kansas Budget Deficit and What It Means for the State".

In this presentation, Victoria Ho will present a paper on the history of Kansas's budget woes and how the state has addressed its economic concerns in the political realm.  Victoria is a Senior majoring in History and in English.
